What a unique stay!! My husband and I made the trip out west for our honeymoon and HAD to go to the UFO in Joshua Tree...and YOU should too! It was definitely worth the trip out there- also, lots of fun outdoor amenities within the Airbnb, and also just around town. We highly recommend it!!

This is a once in a lifetime experience to stay at a futuro house. it was so special and made fun and easy through this airbnb experience. In addition to the awesomeness of the futuro, the entire property was a lot of fun to be at. The interior decor of the futuro and the retro theme with the tv and vhs tapes were also a very nice touch.

 What Type of Auction Will This Be?

This will be a 24 hour-timed auction on Opensea, and the auction item will go to the highest bidder or the first bidder to reach 35K.

 How Much Does the NFT Auction Pass Cost?

NFT Auction Pass is Live on Dec 27th and it will cost $50 (USD), the amount will be calculated using Polygon network.

 Does the Highest Bidder Get to Select the Date(s) of their 1 Night Stay Experience at AREA 55?

Right now there is a 2 year waiting period, however we have blocked off a few nights during the year. You will be provided a few options and you can choose what suits you best. 

 The Futuro Home Sleeps How Many People? 

Comfortably, the Futuro Home sleeps 4 people. 
There are four pullout beds that can form two queen beds or four separate individual beds.

 How to Purchase an NFT Auction Pass?

First step is to get into our Discord channel. Then go to www.Opensea.com and connect your crypto wallet. Select the NFT Auction Pass and purchase with your wallet. 

 How will it be Launched?

We will be launching on www.Opensea.com. Please watch the announcements channel in our Discord for further information on the upcoming events.

 How Can I Enter this Auction?

You can enter the auction by purchasing one of the 500 NFT Auction Passes that will launched on Dec 27th, 2021at 10 am EST. NFT Auction Passes Will Sell Out Quick. Our current waiting list is over 1000 people.

 Where is AREA 55 Located? 

A remote location in Joshua Tree, California.

 After I use the "Skip the Line Pass" can I resell it on the secondary market?

Yes, absolutely! Also, when you resell the, "Skip the Line Pass" it retains it same value for the next purchaser as well.
